Daniel Zemel M.S., J.D.
Daniel combines his scientific background with his legal and business know-how to every matter. Daniel's experience ranges from FDA approval processes, intellectual property applications, and monetization, to financial analysis and fundraising. Daniel has worked on patent applications for biotechnology and medical device innovations and has spearheaded patent monetization strategies for valuable IP portfolios. Prior to joining Katan, Daniel worked as an equity research associate covering small cap biopharmaceuticals and conducted screening analysis of start-up biotech companies engaged in fund raising.
Daniel received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, his M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and his B.S. in Biology from Lander College.
